POW! Pancakes, Omelettes, & Waffles One East Plaza — Restaurant in New Providence

Those are not belgian waffles. They are heavy barely cooked batter waffles with very few inclusions of chocolate chips or blueberries (no nutella here). It males a whole meal though, good because at $6 for essentially uncooked dough is a bit steep.

Many items are breakfast time only, including coffee.

The spot the truck is parked on dirt, off a 6" step down from a high speed avenue with no sidewalk. It could damage your car and is definitely scary.

There's also aloud speaker playing decent music but it's to cover a really loud generator. We had to go back to hot car with closed windows to enjoy...

The food was ok. Took about a half hour wait after ordering, expected though as inside was busy. And they advised about a 25 minute wait as I wasn't able to get them on the phone. Cost wise, a veggie omelette and potato wedges were $15, that's pretty costly in my books. Wanted to try them out, though, and I did. The menu is vast and ranges from chicken to seafood, waffles, pancakes, etc. When someone takes a phone order in front of you when you reach to the counter to order; that always gets to me! What a seriously great find. The location is in a little strip mall, and you have to be buzzed in, but when you enter it is so welcoming. The people were friendly and the food was fire! We had the chicken wings, waffles, guava pancakes, veggie omelet and the full omelet. Everything was so good. Seriously the best omelets and waffles I have had in years…and we go to some of the best breakfast spots Colorado has to offer and POW is unmatched! 10/10 recommend checking this place out when you’re in town!
