Seaview Beach House — Local services in New Providence

This is a great house in a lovely location. My family recently stayed there for 2 weeks. The house is large and spacious, everything one wants for a family get together. Unfortunately it is poorly maintained. During our stay, an old dishwasher broke and needed to be replaced. This took several days and we eating on paper plates. The dryer for all our laundry broke down a couple of times. One of the toilets was not working when we arrived there This is a beautiful oceanfront property, but has no steps down to the beach - one needs to jump down 2-3 feet to reach the beach.

Cornelia and her staff of maintainers do a good job and help as best they can. However, there's a limit to what they can do and the owners would do better to spend more money on maintaining the property.

In addition to the inconvenience of appliances not working we had to spend a lot of time talking to Cornelia and her staff and waiting around for them - not what we want to do on vacation

We have spent a wonderful vacation at seaview villa. We were a group of 3 families (14 guests in total, including kids and grandparents). The house has an amazing view and it’s convenient to downtown, paradise island, airport and grocery shops.
