We visited last Sunday 09/06/24 and had a great time at this excellent museum. Well worth the effort to come here from England specifically to see this collection. Staff were friendly and plenty of information available. Three different routes and lots of different trams to ride on. It was lovely just sat outside in the sun having a beer and watching all the old trams come and go. A coach load of very enthusiastic German tram aficionados meant even more vehicles were running. I have visited many tram museums throughout Europe and so far this is my favourite. Hope to visit again, perhaps for the night operation special event...
Read moreWe visited it on the tram festival in 2021. It's very nice. We took many different tramways and different kinds of trams (one steam, one diesel and two other electric one). Staff there are very friendly. We had a nice talk with those young guys working with the steam engine. And a nice talk with a tram driver. A nice chat with the one selling souvenirs (he is a fan of railway and took a lot of pictures). Hope they can offer English guide paper in the museum (right now only French one available).
