Una Aqua Centar — Local services in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at the Una Aqua Center Restaurant. From the start, the waitress was unfriendly and refused to help us with an extra chair when we needed space for one more person at the table. We ordered several meals, but the "plate for two" with mixed meat was especially bad. The ćevapi, a traditional Bosnian dish, were clearly not fresh — they tasted like they had been bought frozen from a supermarket. The sausages, potatoes, and other sides were equally disappointing, clearly not homemade and lacking any real flavor. It’s honestly unbelievable (and quite shameful) that a restaurant in such a beautiful natural setting would serve deep-frozen food while advertising it as traditional cuisine.

The only item I could recommend is the Tarhana soup, which was okay.

While I definitely recommend visiting the beautiful Japodski Otoci, I strongly advise not eating at this restaurant. There are better options in the area where you can experience real Bosnian...

"I went with my family to an aqua center for a walk and a boat ride. It was an enjoyable experience, but the person renting out the boat was dishonest and not serious about setting the price. He initially told me the price was 30 and used emotion, saying that since we are Muslims, he would give me a discount from 60 to 30. I thought he was generous with the discount. My family is elderly, and as soon as we got on the boat, he said, 'Now pay the money, and the amount is 60.' I said no, we agreed on 30, but he shouted, 'Pay or leave!' I want you all to be aware of this person. I will post his picture and that of his manager for you."

"Je suis allé avec ma famille à un centre aquatique pour une promenade et une balade en bateau. C'était une expérience agréable, mais la personne qui louait le bateau était malhonnête et pas sérieuse quant à la fixation du prix. Il m'a d'abord dit que le prix était de 30 et a utilisé l'émotion, disant que comme nous sommes musulmans, il me ferait une réduction de 60 à 30. J'ai pensé qu'il était généreux avec la réduction. Ma famille est âgée, et dès que nous sommes montés dans le bateau, il a dit : 'Maintenant, payez l'argent, et le montant est de 60.' J'ai dit non, nous avons convenu de 30, mais il a crié : 'Payez ou partez !' Je veux que vous soyez tous au courant de cette personne. Je vais poster sa photo et celle de son manager pour vous."

(The name of the restaurant is in the picture)I ordered pancakes and it was burned like black and when i asked the waiter to replace it he refused !! i asked for the manager and he laughed at us with his friends like we were clowns to him and didn’t call out the manger he stud us for a couple of minutes it was totally rued and Unprofessional at all !!! He forcefully told us to pay for it and we refused of course! I went to the manager and after what he changed it ! Worst place in Bosnia-Herzegovina! لا تجونه ابدا تعامل الموظفين مو سيء...
