I was truly disappointed at the lack of value you place on your customers. I bought two ice creams for my family to sit and wait for me while I went to another shop, and upon my return, I tried buying another for myself to sit with my family and was denied because it was under the P20 swiping policy. How would you feel if you are embarrassed in front of your family, when all you wanted was to have good, family time. This is ine of the great luxuries of Francistown! Come here to get some delicious milkshakes, ice creams, waffles and other things!

The staff here are extremely helpful and kind always. The only problem is that there is often not enough seating or there are people using the chairs and tables who are not eating at the Milky Lane.
