Nightmare for quarantine, Food : Bad taste. Oily and salty Chinese food,For example they don’t know how to cook stew. I call it ‘rubber pork’….stink ….Uneatable. Internet WiFi : Poor quality, slow speed and disconnect quite often. Television : Big screen (i think 55”) but only Chinese channel available with the poor internet = you cannot watch it No refrigerator ! , 14 days quarantine without refrigerator. Inter-phone : Not working, and there are same issue for other room. I’ve ask a few neighbor….You have to ask the staff for something when they serving food. No spoon/fork/knife, you have to have a skill to use chopstick good enough. No proper drinking glass, just a plastic.

I saw many bad experience customer about this hotel but they still doing the same, no improvement like they don’t care feedback, perhaps they know they will have customer. I really don’t understand why Cambodia government choose this kind of hotel to be a quarantine place, it does not look good for country. The price 90 USD per night is way too high compare with the food, service and facilities in the room (even my company pay for it)

The management is very shady because it is managed by Mainland Chinese people. You can check out Reviews from Tian Yi International Hotel within the same compound and have the same management Style. They charged me $160, claiming that I stained the bed. This is an outright lie and a scam. The bed was exactly in the same state as when I first came in. I even use a waterproof bed cover. They claim that I stained the bottom part of the bed, which is so ludicrous. They claim that I flipped the bed so as not to show the dirty side of the bed. Their bed has two sides, one soft with a memory foam padding on top and the hard side without any foam. Why would I use the bottom part of the bed that is hard? That clearly doesn't make any sense. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Dirty everywhere. People smoke in elevators, in the halls, in the lobby. Lots of hidden costs as none of the extra facilities are included in your rental price even though you pay a management fee on top of your rental fee. Staff is not helpful and very condescending. When I moved in the walls in the room was full of what I assume is snot or spit which I had to clean myself. They also refused to give back my deposit despite fulfilling my contract.
