Tofino Vacation Rentals — Local services in Area C (Long Beach)

We decided to have a cousin’s trip in my favorite place on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Instead of staying at a hotel type of accommodation, we opted for a vacation rental house. We wanted more space for all of us and wanted to be altogether under one roof. We found a great home called the Pacific Retreat on the Tofino Vacation Rentals website. The home was just like the pictures we saw on the website, but even more epic. It’s location was ideal as it was located right in downtown Tofino. We were close to everything yet still in a secluded and private setting. It felt like we had no one around. We were right on the ocean. We enjoyed an incredible 6 days here as a family. The location could not be beat. It was so private with unreal ocean views. Usually when I come to Tofino, I stay on one of the beaches outside of town. This was my first time staying in the town and it was very handy being so close to everything. The process to rent the home was very easy and Tofino VR representatives were available to us to ask any questions we had. There are all types of properties on the Tofino VR site for couples to large groups. This was my third time using their site for renting accommodations. I would definitely use them again...

Stayed at Pacific Retreat for 5 nights this winter and wished we could have stayed longer it was that relaxing. Amazing views from almost every window, the deck and perhaps most importantly, the hot tub. Picked this property for the water view and the privacy and were not disappointed. We had every kind of weather from wind/rain/fog/bright sun/snow during our stay and the house was gorgeous and comfortable through all of them. Light and airy with lots of room for everyone to relax and come together. Possibly the best stocked kitchen of a vacation rental we've stayed at - ample and thoughtful kitchen supplies, pillows, towels, blankets and and all of good quality. The furniture is pleasantly rustic and comfortable, perfect for a beach stay with or without kids. Service from the Tofino Vacation Rental team was top notch, very responsive to any questions and requests we had. Loved the spa quality Salt Spring Soaps hand/body soap and shampoo/conditioner. Perfect way to relax in nature Our family had a very pleasant week's vacation here. Beautiful home on Chesterman Beach. Just a step out onto the ocean. Very comfortable and clean with amazing main room featuring very large windows overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed using the BBQ in the evenings and viewing the sunsets from the well maintained hot tub. Well thought out accommodation for surfers with an outdoor shower, board storage racks and hangers for wetsuits. Only a few minutes drive into Tofino itself which we found charming and vibrant. Beautiful walks along the pristine beaches and, at low tide, onto Rosie Bay Beach and over to Frank Island. We were lucky to have very good waves for surfing right there on South Chesterman Beach during our stay. The management were very friendly and helpful.
