I had the opportunity to camp at the Cultus Lake Provincial park for three nights. Our group reached the site office at around 7 pm and was greeted by a polite gentleman, who completed the formalities and let us go to our site. Our third night was at a different location in the adjoining campground, because of availability restrictions. We wanted to avoid the hassle of moving to a different location. I called the park operator's phone number and talked to one Justin. He was not in the office and was attending to some maintenance work, but he patiently listened to me and assured all the help. I had to leave the site for an urgent matter early morning and was concerned about the change in site. The new site was still occupied. I called Justin again and he assured me that he'll take care of the changes once he is back in the office. I left the site but was still concerned and worried. After a couple of hours, I got a call from him that he had made the changes in the system and all was well. Justin went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Thank You Justin, Keep up...

However, recently they really tightened their "security". I parked my car (we were the Only car and Only people there) and was but 5 metres away from my car enjoying the scenery for literally a Minute, and couple of "security" guys showed up and were literally about to give me a parking ticket (had my friend not noticed them, they would have very well proceeded with the ticket). My problem is, they didn't even have the Decency to Talk to me before they were All over my car, when I was only metres away, looking at the lake. When I asked them if they were ticketing me, saying I was just taking a short break and asked, can I just leave? They said, "Get it out of here"..
