I had the opportunity to camp at the Cultus Lake Provincial park for three nights. Our group reached the site office at around 7 pm and was greeted by a polite gentleman, who completed the formalities and let us go to our site. Our third night was at a different location in the adjoining campground, because of availability restrictions. We wanted to avoid the hassle of moving to a different location. When I asked them if they were ticketing me, saying I was just taking a short break and asked, can I just leave? They said, "Get it out of here"..

We then went to another spot, boat launching site. It was Completely empty. A park ranger was there, he was nice enough and told us to leave. I just wanted to enjoy the lake view for a couple of minutes. It was...
