They charged me regular price on 2 items that were on sale in my cart! The first one I noticed. After me having to take someone to the place where the item was found it was corrected to the 50% off price. When I asked if it wasn't supposed to be free according to the law the young girl at the cash didn't seem to know what i was talking about. Then when I got home and looked at the bill I realized I was charged regular price for the package of cream cheese I bought that was supposed to be a dollar off! I'm so steamed. I don't live in the Bedford area and was just passing through so there's no question of going back to set them straight. ...

Im very dissapointed about there vegetable department, its more than a few times i open there packages (for example. . Beans) And was disgusted to find more than 1/2 the beans were rotten and needed to throw them out. What a waste of hard earned money (over 3 $ for this package) Especially coming from a small town and only grocery store in town its very, very dissapointed I guess ill need to start driving to cowansville and giving my money to Super C or Giant Tiger, seems to me even Giant Tiger has fresher vegetable.....

I'm not from Bedford but while i was there I bought quite a few items for over 100$ including a cheese brick good until May 2026. After a week in the fridge, i pulled out a disgusting moldy block which i promptly put in freezer. 2 weeks later I was going to Bedford again and the little assistant something refused to reimburse claiming this unwritten anywhere policy that reimbursement is only within 7days.
