We were driving through and saw the sign so we took a detour. If you park at the top where the buildings are, it’ll be a 2K walk to the falls. Otherwise you can drive down the dirt road, but drive slow as there are ton of big potholes. There’s so many you can’t avoid them all. Any non-sports car is fine on that road. Once you’re at the bottom, it’s a 30-second walk to the falls. There is another path but he bridge to it was closed when we were there. (Aug 2024)

Was a little dry when I got there, but looked like it could be quite nice after some heavy rain. Not sure why anyone would hike down that dirt road to get there since it's easily drivable (hint hint.) Although there is limited parking at the end lot, maybe 5-6 spots. Anyways, this one is basically a part of the park, it's right off of the Cabot Trail. No actual hiking involved to get to this one.

Beautiful waterfall, absolutely worth a visit if you're passing by along the Cabot Trail! Just beware of the 2km dirt road to get to the parking lot, it is full of pot holes and sharp turns, so drive slow and definitely don't come in your Lambo unless you want to wreck your axles. The free parking lot is a bit tiny but has not been full the two times we've visited. Awesome spot!

One of the best kept secrets of the Cape Breton Highlands, Beulach Ban Falls can be driven to via automobile to within about 50-100 meters (150-300 feet) and is quite accessible to view. The falls can be majestic and powerful after a rain, and are beautiful even during dry spells. At sixty five feet in height, they are right up there with Uisge-Ban and North River Falls and require much less effort to get to if you have people with mobility issues, or are wrangling youngsters or just want a quick waterfalls fix. It's a 2km drive up a gravel/packed dirt road with a 20km/hr speed limit off the main highway through the park, so if you do want to walk and enjoy some casual forest walking, you can park out near the highway and hoof it in as well. In the fall this place is...

Quite possibly the most beautiful falls I have ever seen. The drive in alone is magical. As kids we would sit out the windows with our arms on the roof of the car while we drive in. With a bit of a drop on either side of the road in some portions it's a unique drive. Once you get in to the falls, you can't quite see it yet from the parking lot but you can feel it's magic. Just a few short 50 feet or so and you'll see it, tucked into the woods. It's tall....
