I made a purchase and tapped my visa for payment and the machine said the purchase was approved, I read it, I saw it. The clerk told me because his receipt didn't print, the transaction wasn't approved and that I would have to tap again.. We argued over this fact and I was not allowed to leave without tapping again.. I should have just walked out with my stuff at that point. Not surprisingly, when I checked with my bank the next day, it showed that I was in fact double charged. I went back to the store to have one of the charges reversed and they refused to refund me, he told me I would have to call my bank. I called the bank in front of the clerk, he heard the conversation that I had in fact been double charged. The clerk told me that what was said by the bank was not true because the store hadn't received their money from the bank yet...??????? This was a waste of 30 minutes and the clerk would not listen to reason, nor would the owner who was on the phone with him.

Long story short, he said I could come back on a Monday when the owner was on location so I could talk to him, but that I should take it up with the bank. (why would I go back there again and have another time wasting confrontation) I've been taking it up with the bank and should see my money back in the next 3 months.

I was forced to pay twice, and then was refused a refund for the extra charge by the liquor store. They are arrogant, called me impatient and immature for wanting a refund from them the next day, and wanted me to keep coming back to talk about it. There are Liquor stores everywhere, no need to go...

I ordered liquor off of skip from this location. It was blarneys Irish cream. It came completely solid and obviously spoiled. It was chunky and definitely not how it was supposed to be. The store refused to take it back because it was opened. How was I supposed to know it was spoiled until I opened it. I will not be shopping from this store again. I did not receive a refund because the liquor store would not take back the faulty product. I used to come into the store often but now I will not be shopping here. Glad to see another liquor coming to the area they will have...

Either they be checking everyone for their IDs or just me, cause mere looking at me , anyone can tell that I am an older person.
