Arrived late . Service staff was tired and not very friendly ( like they had other things to do ). Room was freezing . Bathroom has no heat . At all . So unless door to washroom was open it was freezing in there . Rooms window was so covered in water you couldn't see out . Was dirty and gross. Very noisy from other rooms and couldn't sleep more that 2 hours. Breakfast was discussing . Out if 25 pieces of bacon I took I was able to pull the meat off the fat to get about 3 pieces to eat . Was not a caring cook at all . Scrambeled eggs were like a large lump of mono foam and none of us would even try it . Has paid for a jacuzzi room and not even a beach towel ! Really disappointed and would not recommend unless you want to waste your money and leave hungry . Decor was also very very dated and felt like you were back in the 80's-90's. Large rocks placed in areas outside on walking areas not safe at all . Especially for heels and ice and children . I would of actually slept in the truck and felt less dirty and ripped off leaving hungry . Also at check out other fees not discussed at check in like advertising fees . Shouldn't the resort pay for these not paying customers . I'm paying for a room not to advertise . One star ~ only because there was a bed to sleep in ! The rest zero stars! Excellent use of very detailed carpet designed specifically to make you look up at the slots and games and irritate your eyes. On first interaction, the check in staff did seem like they had better things to do then assist us, but later interactions where quite friendly. Rooms were well kept. We had drinks and an appetizer in the Jokers lounge and our server, Michelle was amazing, probably the highlight of our stay!
