The owners take great pride in their shop with constant appeal to what their customers are hoping to see. I have always experienced a very welcoming atmosphere with each time I enter the store. The product is organized very well and the owners have always done their best to provide me with a A+ shopping experience. Really makes me happy to support local ownership to see this shop grow in the future and constantly get better.

The store is very clean and they offer a large assortment of comics and graphic novels (new and old), board games, Dungeons and Dragons books and figurines, POP! figurines, Magic the Gathering and other game accessories like playmats, sleeves, and dice. I can confidently say that there is something for everyone in the store whether you're looking for an article to add to your personal collection, satisfy a urge for an impulse buy or if you're looking for a gift to give to someone.

I never do reviews but a 2 minute interaction when going to the store has made me never want to step into the establishment again.

It was small simple and generally there's certain procedures of when staff purchase items before customers. The practice of purchasing of new inventory before any customers is frowned upon in retail and if it is done it's where consumers do not know this is the case.

I just went to buy cards from the new set the employee who I didn't catch the name of. The worker said we won't have any of them as he bought them already. Then proceeds to dig into his bag and fan every exclusive cards to the set fanning them out bragging to me including the cards I was going to purchase.

Get some training standards for employees or hire some with basic social skills...

This store is great, prices aren’t overly inflated, I saw a board game I wanted for about $80 in store, and it was $80 direct from the manufacturer +$20 shipping so I was happy to see that!

I had a small issue with my comic subscription that they were very apologetic about, fixed the problem and still got my issue for me, and then helped me make a small change to my subscription too. They are always super friendly as well, I do wish they opened a bit earlier but it seems sort of the standard for a brick and mortar game/comic store. Just my early bird preference.
