To the owner - If you advertise you close at 8pm then make sure you take customers till then . I was really craving fish n chips so I walked in your store few weeks back and probably 45-50mins before closing . Upon arrival found out that the restaurant was completely empty - not a single table was occupied . Upon arrival - first thing I was told without greeting a customer was -DO YOU WANT TAKE OUT BECAUSE WE ARE CLOSING SOON . As i was a bit thrown off by the reaction - eventually she let me in . Now it was all you can eat tuesday . After placing the order I hear the cook yelling to the server from the kitchen that he is not staying long or something like . At that point I started really feeling embarassed . I could have easily walked out of the store but chose not to and I guess thats whats my biggest regret . I was served a plate full of fried fish - obvious attempt by the cook so that he didnt have to make another order . While all this was happening another customer walked in and I think it was still 15mins to close and she was denied to put a take out order simply because of a lazy cook who refused to work . I am sure this was not the first time and I am sure it wont be the last time . Owners read this out as you are losing money and customers . Went there tonight to try to fulfill a pregnancy craving I'd been having. There was only one waiter on and it was 6pm, so prime time for dinner. He took a good ten minutes from the time we sat down to actually getting around to taking our orders. Food took another 20/25 minutes after that (which at that point it wasn't super busy anymore). My son and my husbands orders were correct but I was given a salmon burger when I ordered the joeys fish sandwich, very different food. Sure the waiter was apologetic, but didnt offer to give us any kind of discount, and I wasn't about to wait another 25 minutes for it to be remade. This is the second time I've been there that they've given me completely the wrong order (different server). That and the fact that their calamari has increased substantially in price and decreased substantially in size are enough reasons for my family to stop going here. We'll take our business to...

Went there for take out today and the gentleman at the front was such a nice man and hospitable while we waited for our food. We had there 15 piece family feast and everything was great. I ordered the shrimp and chicken tacos they where amazing and I will most definitely order from there again. Thanks for the great food and customer service ☺

Edit: Ordered the fish tacos over the weekend and very disappointed. They were almost empty and 1 tiny piece of fish in it, hardly any veggies and no flavor. Found out they have new owners.
