August 8, 2018 We were at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal waiting to catch the 2 pm ferry and wanted something for lunch. We had decided on having wraps so we perused the food establishments at the Quay looking for wraps. We found iSalad kiosk that had an array of salads that you could pick out your own selections and pay $2.09 per 100 grams, plus they had a choice of 4 different wraps. We chose the chicken Caesar wrap that was supposed to have chicken, lettuce, onion, olive, tomato, bacon bits, Caesar dressing and I think Parmesan cheese. I paid American $20.00 ($13.59 converted) He gave me change in Canadian 3.22 ($6.41 converted) so he stole from me both ways! I asked him to please convert it and he refused (he already took the $20). He said, "10%. I charge 10%. You say yes." I refuted with, "no, that's not true!" Then he had the audacity to fabricate a story of "our conversation" that never happened. I immediately asked for my money back and he refused. Then my husband approached him and Michael dismissed him. RUDE & DISHONEST!! BTW- after, my husband realised that the lady at the Chinese food place did...
