I'm not sure what the hype about this store is but after visiting one too many times I've come to the fair conclusion that this place is a money trap. Their prices are equivalent to that of a large chain retailer, there is a no exchange no return no refund policy. Whatever you buy, you're stuck with it. The shopping locations are dirty and dusty and are in dire need of some serious house keeping. They offer limited warranty on appliances they sell so do your research before buying and getting stuck with an item. You do find the one off good deal here and there but most of their items are overpriced for this type of business. I have personally witnessed the staff talk badly about customers who bought items and it didn't work amd was requesting another item. They also have an online auction in which people go crazy and overpay for the simplest items. For example I bought a tray for $25 from them and they auctioned off one just like it which sold for $37 + tax + 10% buyers premium. Incredible right! Also unlike other auction sites who show their registered user ID for the bidding history, this company DOES NOT (huge red flags people) for all you know its them bidding against you and not another bidder. This is honestly the type of business I wouldn't give a single cent to. If you're into shopping at junk yards to save a couple bucks and not have the freedom to return or refund, this is your joint.

Don't waste your money!! They are selling all the crap that people return on amazon and wayfare. When you are equally disappointed with the quality and product, they refuse to refund your hard earned money. With these auctions you over pay and guess who gets richer? Terrible policy and products. While yes the claim of Roseland is that they did not misrepresent the product and are completely willing to steel peoples hard earned money on the crap they sell. I can tell you the product ā€œart workā€ I purchase is garbage and cheap. Pictures don’t always paint the true picture. Not worth the over $70 I paid for it. There are plenty of reviews of unsatisfied people, service and overall experience. There is a trend of no refund and a lot of unhappy customers… not a sustainable or good business model. And when you are unsatisfied they block you from login back into website to confirm they misrepresented.

You really have to know pricing if you stop here. A lot of items are over retail price, even though they are not retail quality. Looked for a single mattress and they never had any, kept being told more were coming in. Months and it never happened. Found brand new quality mattress, delivered to my door for 1/3rd the price from, believe it or not, Home Depot online.

Bought a sectional couch from them recently., they gave us a section that was not the right color. Whatever, mistakes happen, so we kindly asked for free delivery to switch it out, or a partial refund for us to come to swap it out ourselves. They had the audacity to tell us they would charge a $75 fee to deliver it for exchanging it, even though that's against the Consumer Protection Act. They told us they would call us back, never did, so we went on our way to swap it out ourselves, 30 minutes each way for the second time. We called on our way and asked if management would be there when we got there. They said yes, but surprise! They didnt show up to the loading area. the staff member on thr fork lift barely even talked to us, just put it in our truck. The least we wanted was acknowledgement that they made a mistake and an apology but I guess they dont care about customer service and having returning customers/referrals. Waste of time, gas, and energy. Sectional is nice though!

Edit: in response to the owner replying back, thank you for the apology. I couldn't find any contact information for a head office or email address because I wanted to email you and let you know about the situation and the level of unprofessionalism we encountered. I am very hesitant to return to the auction house, or support a business who have multiple employees working in customer service who treat their customers with that little respect. Yes, there are some great bargains if you know what you're looking for, but that was just a bit too much. Customer service should always be a #1 priority...

"new item" broken in box, clearly used with scuffs, if even a slight bit of effort was made, it would have been clear it was broken and used. In the last few weeks, there has been an excessive amount of auctions that are not displaying the actual item being sold, or the correct condition, posting favorable model images that are not the actual unit being sold. Ex: Tv and computer monitors with incorrect refresh rates, resolution, etc. They also don't show photos that are pro consumer that would allow for people to see this stuff until its purchased... Ex: coffee machine sold as slightly used with a small scuff on front, but has completely broken water dispenser (just out of the picture, purposely done... I can say this since its every other auction it's occurring before this is defended as an "accident"). I can go on and on... Staff should be encouraged to take an extra second before posting the item, since it is a waste of time to buy, and return as suggested by the staff if item aren't correct, some people live far, this isn't just the only solution to this behavior. Take accountability and make some changes, these aren't accidents, its always at the expense of...
