Chapman's Ice Cream — Local services in Grey Highlands

This is an official love letter to Chapman's Ice Cream. Of all the brands that are out there, Chapman's is by far my favourite. Your ice cream is consistently good and wholesome. When you call it ice cream, I trust that it's ice cream. You keep your classics and bring in new flavours that quickly become my favourites. I had a quick look in my freezer and it's currently stocked with your Yukon Cookies and Cream Ice Cream sandwich, Super Fudge Ice Milk, Vanilla Ice Cream sandwich, and Yukon Strawberry Shortcake Crunch Ice Cream Bars. We just finished the ice cream cones or they'd be in my freezer too! Each one of these flavours brings me nostalgic feelings of my childhood and I'm so impressed by the strawberry shortcake crunch ice cream bars in particular. They were my summer childhood as were the Super Fudge Ice Milk (love that deeper chocolate malt taste!).

Be aware of the nut Shells that are present in the Chapman Ice creams. You will receive no appology letter nor reimbursement from Chapman if you call the food inspectors. I was promised a letter of apology if I send them the piece of Pecan shell that I found in their No Sugar Added Lactos free Butter Pecan ice cream, but because I had given it to the inspectors. A Chapman customer service rep calls me to tell me (since you called the inspectors don't expect no appolology letter or anything from us?) In a very Gangstery way! I bought a box of ice cream. I should've seen the red flags. For one, the plastic wrapped around the box so you can't look inside to see what you're getting, and once you get it home, and get it open and realize how bad it actually is, you can't re wrap it to return it. The second red flag was on their site it says something like "all those other ice creams that claim to be ice cream aren't really ice cream, our ice cream isn't like those ice creams, because ours is actual ice cream" yeah, if you're used to buying "the ice cream that's not really ice cream" then don't buy this over priced real ice cream.
