Terrible experience. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I called to see the status of my order. I was told that they were short a driver and that they were waiting for a driver to returen (maybe 20 min) and they they would put my order in. This meant that had I not cancelled my order, I would get it, MAYBE, after 2.25 hours of waiting if not longer.
