JC's Hot Tubs and Pools — Local services in Kingston

So I first called this place early this morning (8:30am) and explained that we needed someone to come out ASAP because our pool was leaking and the man I spoke to stated he wasn't sure if someone could come out today but he would try to get someone out and - if not today - then he would get someone out tomorrow. He was so nice and helpful. I called back just now (almost 4pm) to let them know I had to run out but a younger sounding (different) guy answered and didn't seem to know what I was talking about so he passed the phone to an unpleasant sounding woman who proceeded to tell me they didn't have a work order open for me and that they would "try" to get someone to my place within a week! I should also include the fact that we were told to keep water in the pool (evwn though is was rapidly leaking!) My pool is pouring out water quickly and this woman was extremely rude and absolutely unapologetic in stating this was their busy season so I take it to mean they didn't require my business. I only called this place and didn't bother reaching out to any other companies to get someone out because I was waiting for this company to come by, otherwise we could have called another business to come do a service call. Waste of time - now they wasted my entire day and god knows how much damage will be done before my pool is fixed. So rude!! Update: I called Holland Home Leisure who sent someone out MUCH sooner than a week for less than what I would have paid this company. I now know who I will be using for my pool...

I just want to give a shout out to JC’S We bought our pool from them last year and still trying to learn ….. they have amazing customer service and we appreciate them very much. Having a pool can sometimes be difficult but they always try and help I will always recommend them for your pool and hot tub...

Terrible customer service. No response after leaving messages, and finally when I did get ahold of somebody after days, was given a phone number to send a picture to of the part I needed. No reply at all till the next morning, and it was sarcastic at best. Not very friendly or knowledgable people...
