Terrible humiliating treatment of the customer. Thought I would order local as small business needs a hand these days. Ordered on the phone and was abruptly told 35min and hung up on. Arrived there early waited in the parking lot until 40 mins past before going in only to be told another 15 minutes no sorry or we are running behind. Just we are too busy. At this point I was pretty upset but understand how sometimes we are overwhelmed. I would not go back in so my wife went in after 15 minutes only to be met with the same lack of customer service. When asking for some forks she was told we don't have any do think I have time to go back and get some !! Excuse me didn't everyone order takeout . Well I can tell you I will never be a part of you being too busy for your customers again. You think being busy would be a good thing.This is the third unpleasant experience but definitely the worst. Ordered 8 dishes for Christmas Eve, didn’t get 2 dishes we ordered but they did replace them with completely different and cheaper dishes (2 identical dishes). All the food was lacking any flavour and the deep fried wontons literally were deep fried batter ( no stuffing in them). Was told since we got dishes still that we could get 1 new dish, not the 2 we didn’t get. Drove just over 30 minutes to pick up the food so not convenient to go back and get new dish. Hung up on after asking politely to be compensated with new dishes we never got. So disappointed with them that we won’t order again. Would give a lower rating however system...
