The body lotion I bought was not working properly. Store manager insisted that I used the product in a wrong way. She refused to exchange the product and kept saying I used the lotion the wrong way. She said that I should invert the bottle or upside down the bottle before I pressed the button to release the lotion. I wasn’t told when I purchased this lotion, otherwise I would just buy those in Walmart for way cheaper. The body lotion cost me $25 + tax and I only used for a few times. It became so liquid no more gas inside the bottle. If there is special instruction to dispense the lotion, the staff should let me know when I purchased. If I knew the special instruction to dispense this lotion, I would go for another lotion on Walmart or Costco. I personally don’t know this “Laline” brand, but I went in the store to browse, the staff was nice and said that their lotion was very good. So I give it a try. But it ended up wasting money for a nonsense product! I would just go to Costco to get the cheaper lotion with a pump and it’s much easier to use! I had such a wonderful shopping experience at Laline! The store was beautifully arranged, and the products were presented in a way that made it easy (and fun!) to browse.
