I love this farmer's market more than any other around. Why? Because has a focus on accessibility to fresh local food for everyone. Here, those with resources and those without get their needs met in the same place--for community + fresh, local, sustainably-grown food. The location and the coupon program puts access, equality and dignity for all at the center of this market. That's the way this market was set up, and what keeps bringing me back there to buy, and often to offer what I grow--even though it's a bit of a drive for me.
