Twice I had lunch at their Bistro location in the Hospira building on Alfred-Nobel in ville Saint-Laurent. First time I had their lunch special with soup and warm dish. I should have paid more attention to the vegetable freshness as the vegetable felt slimy. I thought it was because of the sauce. That time I had stomach ache. The other time I had the salad and Carnival sandwich, the bread felt hard and the meet smelled kind of beefy. That time I had stomach ache and diarrhea afterwards. 21st Century Food has exceptional meals. Each one is fine restaurant quality , packed with care and outstanding cook and flavour and generous portions. Even though they do not deliver to my area, I can arrange to pick it up. The filet mignon was just as if it had been cooked and put on my plate right from the grill and all I needed to do was microwave the plate! I have tried vegan and vegetarian choices and am really impressed with every one of their offerings. If you are only two people, ordering a family meal will you get two adult and two children portions which leaves a great lunch all prepared.
