TERRIBLE COMPANY.
Zero customers service at franchise level, head office level nor any interest in customers whatsoever.
Zero employees who answer/ respond emails, neither at franchise-store level, nor head office in marketing, customers service, nothing. Six emails in total to various areas and zero response whatsoever, not even a confirmation of receiving them or auto response.
At store level you have rude and unhappy staff who chastise you for using the foodtastic gift cards because the way the company is “setup” according to an angry employee.
Meanwhile, so many complaints on restaurants and in reviews and never any responses from franchise owners or head office.
Not sure what is happening at this place, but it’s not working. Unhappy staff at restaurant level, seemingly no leadership or owners who care or pay attention at the franchise level and same goes when you try and contact head office...

My husband received a $100 ultimate dining gift card as a Christmas bonus for working hard. Milestones was on the list of places we could use it. After dining at milestones and going to pay, we were informed they no longer are associated with this company, even though it’s on the card and their website. We ended up having to pay our entire bill. Ok. Whatever. So then we go to Kelsey’s, before dining we asked the staff if the card works at this location. We were assured the card would work. Well, when it came time to pay the bill, the card did not work. We called and talked to an employee who offered no solution and was quite dismissive.
