Horrible customer service!! Some of the worst I've ever been subjected to. Placed an order early morning December 24th, we were having guests at our house that for Xmas Eve. Wife calls them back @ 4PM to follow up and inform them that I was on my way to pick up the order. She's told that our order had been given to someone else but that a new one would be ready by the time I get in 15 to 20 minutes time. I get there and guess what happens, the woman at the counter had the audacity to tell me that and I quote: "we do not have an order waiting for you because we never take orders over the phone, only in person". We literally order from there at least every other month. Literally!! And we just then pass by to pick up our patties. I was so dumbfounded and in disbelief that I didn't know what to think. It was like the Twilight Zone or something. What they do basically is give away your order to anyone that shows up and then turn around and give you some bogus excuse and have you wait until they're able to get the next batch ready. This being Xmas Eve however, and the place being so busy, they ran out of stock and couldn't make anymore patties. So they had to result in telling this cheap and childish lie, all the while keeping straight face. It was unbelievable!! Never going back there again. Plenty of other places where we can good...

Good patties..however hate the patties are not all uniform...so yesterday they just jack the price up to 14$, any filling you choose same price. No notice of a price increase. The code does not taste like code taste like fillet of sole, which others said same thing. Customer service =0 This place have been here over 20yrs, yet no change. The bakery too small, it can not fit the customers. Saturday, you know many people come to get their patties yet they always say they don’t have enough patties, MAKE MORE! Holidays coming make more! Read the reviews make changes to satisfy your customers the ones that is the reason the business is still in existence! They love the patties, but the service is discouraging. I use to go every Saturday for patties now only if someone asks me to get it for them. Other then that expect to wait 30-45 min like I did, and many others…. Employ more people, train them on customer service and if you increase price you can not decrease the...

Ça fait des années que je continue d’acheter des gâteaux là bas, malgré leur manque de service à la clientèle, parce que je trouve que leur gâteaux sont très bons, mais aujourd’hui à été la goutte de trop.

Mardi je me suis déplacé pour commander 2 gâteaux pour vendredi. On me demande de payer la totalité, ce qui me dérangeait puisque je sais que dans le passé j’ai eu des problèmes tels qu’un gâteau pas prêt à l’heure ou même l’annulation du gâteau sans préavis. Je paye tout de même les 2 gâteaux qui totalisent 90$. On me dit que les gâteaux vont être prêt vendredi à 16h. Vendredi, un peu avant 15h j’appelle pour savoir si jamais les gâteaux seront prêts un peu plus tôt et on me dit non qu’ils vont être plutôt prêt vers 17h à cause d’un retard. Je mentionne à la dame qu’il fallait m’appeler pour me le dire, car si je n’avais pas appelé, je me serais déplacé trop tôt pour rien. Quelques minutes plus tard on me rappelle pour me dire que les gâteaux seront prêt samedi, car il y a un problème avec le four. J’ai commandé mon gâteau pour aujourd’hui le 26 juillet parce que je l’ai besoin pour cette date, non le 27. Lorsque j’ai mentionné que je vais venir chercher mon argent, la dame au téléphone semblait choqué. J’ai perdu du temps et ça m’a mis dans les problèmes, car je n’avais pas de gâteaux pour mes 40 invités. C’esr la dernière fois que je vais affaire avec...
