Ussher’s Creek Course — Local services in Niagara Falls

We had a 3 day golf package with a group of 24 people on August 16-18. Unfortunately one member had to drop out unexpectedly. Our group coordinator let the golf course know we were down to 23. We received good news when someone filled the vacated spot prior to going and the golf course was notified that we would be back to 24. For the first two rounds there was no issue but the pro shop manager decided to fill the vacant spot on the last day with a single golfer to play in our group. He refused to change or accommodate our group no matter what solutions were presented to him. The single golfer was more than willing to help so our final member could play. Unfortunately the pro shop manager was unwilling to allow our person to play. The unprofessionalism and rudeness from the pro shop manager who for no other reason than his ego would not accommodate the change. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any field of business period. With all that, 24 people In our group will not be playing those courses again and will take our business elsewhere to a place that appreciates their customers. If I were in charge of this golf course I would look long and hard at that employee and make sure that he knows the value of every single customer and the ramifications that poor...

Just played in a industry tournament here. The course was in great shape but their drainage isn’t the best. Granted it was raining a bit the day of but you could tell the rain from previous days was gathering. Lots of soaked spots and very sponge grass. Our balls plugged so many times that it was tough to find a ball in the fairway. All in all I kinda of get it because of the weather. Cart girls were very frequent which nowadays is not common for some crazy reason, greens were meticulous and tee boxes where clean. Our group had a good day overall. 5 hours & 22 minutes. That is how long a round on a Sunday in July took because of unforgivable course management. I know because my app tracked it. For how much a foursome costs, this placed ripped us off. Would not recommend paying a premium price for a pace of play that is nearly 20 minutes per hole.
