From our first interaction to the final install of our new kitchen and fireplace surround, Henry and his team were true professionals. Henry met with us several times, dropping off samples, walking through ideas, used the description of what we wanted and built on that to end up with a kitchen and fireplace surround we absolutely love. He communicated with us regularly by phone and email, answering all of our many questions with patience and grace. The install date was 2 wks earlier than expected and his team was in and out in a week and that included the new quartz countertop! Every detail, from lining up the cupboards perfectly, building in the new fridge, hooking up the ice maker, dishwasher and sink, building around the fireplace, installing the crown molding....all of it done with minimum fuss and not a bit of mess when they left. We couldn't be more impressed with the care, attention and workmanship. SIX stars all around! Thank you, thank you, Henry, Bob and Quinton and all the team! ...

Right from the beginning phone call, we found Henry very polite, friendly and professional. He came to our house to see what we wanted for our kitchen reno and is extremely knowledgeable. ( the fact that he came to the house when others wanted us to measure and send photos was impressive). We told him what we wanted and were looking for and he completely honoured our wishes and gave us a great suggestion to reface our cupboard doors to save money- Greatly Appreciated!! All the items arrived ahead of time and he fit us in ahead of schedule. Henry and his crew arrived on Time ( again- not common!), were polite, respectful and friendly. Made sure drop cloths were in place and went to work. In 2 days everything was done- perfectly- all cleaned up, nothing missed and We Love It.
