I purchased a washing machine for $2,000, which malfunctioned 11 days later. I have been without a functional washing machine for over 8 days. I felt abandoned. The owner was on vacation, and upon his return, he informed me that the issue is now under Whirlpool's warranty. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this store. Initially, the owner could have directed me to contact Whirlpool, rather than waiting for his return. This lack of communication and service has been disappointing. We appreciate the friendly service that we recently received when we purchased our new Whirlpool fridge. The fridge had to be ordered in because of special size requirements and the turnaround was less than a week!
