This was my second Queen Tour Niagara Falls experience. The first one was with John last June, and he was incredible. There was nothing wrong with the experience, and I’d love to do another tour with him again.
However, this time, I must say it was quite different. Our tour guide this week was Lina. The first thing that worried me was that she wasn’t on time. We were supposed to be at our post 10 minutes before the actual pick-up time (7:45 am), but she arrived at 7:52 am. No big deal, but she passed our hotel a couple of times.
We later found out that she was picking everyone up according to family and size, so everyone within their respective parties could sit together. That was understandable, but it would’ve been nice to be picked up at the scheduled time to avoid anxiety about missing the bus or being left behind.
The bus was full, so we were shoulder to shoulder. Unfortunately, there was no A/C on at the beginning of the ride. Lina did turn the A/C on as we got a bit further out on the road, but it was a bit insufferable. She didn’t know about it, so that wasn’t her fault.
Our first stop was the whirlpool, where we stayed for less than 12 minutes. Then, we went to the Maple Leaf Place, where we had a good amount of time. It seemed a bit rushed, but we managed to make the most of it.
Next, we headed to Journey Behind the Falls. Lina walked us to the action area, but she didn’t have the tickets ready to give us. We had to wait for her to get them from the booth. That was a bit troublesome because she gave us a short timeframe to be back on the bus.
After our excursion, we got back on the bus and headed to the boat tour. We waited for one missing person who didn’t meet the time limit. I understood waiting, but I didn’t understand why everyone else had to wait because of this one person. I don’t think Lina was at fault because she didn’t have to be kind enough to wait, and the wait wasn’t that long. We embarked on the boat tour and recalled that Lina had requested our return to the bus by 3 pm to head back to Toronto. However, she arrived significantly late to pick us up. Additionally, since we were forced to sit in the back, the ride became quite uncomfortable. There’s a hump where the back tires are located, so I had to elevate my feet and back as if my legs were elevated at an angle of over 90 degrees. Furthermore, we were shoulder to shoulder, which exacerbated my carpal tunnel condition. Every bump and hump that Lina hit us could be felt, causing pain in my tailbone. To make matters worse, I believe we missed the opportunity to see one of the sites, the floral clock. Despite the discomfort, my grandmother had a wonderful time celebrating her grandmother’s birthday. However, I had hoped she would enjoy the experience John provided last year,...
Read moreI had always wanted to visit Niagara Falls and was truly excited for this Tour and it really exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide- John… He was so welcoming, informative and positive throughout the entire day. It was a full bus- yet the capacity felt just right as the experience felt boutique and tailored to guests, There were plenty full of stops Throughout the day each were adequate timing for us to explore and absorb the beauty of each stop. Just note that there are no restroom stops For quite some time before reaching Niagara Falls, so make sure to be aware of that before boarding the bus.
Before reaching Niagara, the highlights were definitely The maple syrup tasting and viewing the aero cable cars- I wish we would’ve had time to have Taken a ride, however, appreciate it. It was a very action packed day.
Niagara Falls was simply beautiful to see, and I will never forget the experience. The ticket included the boat which was well worth the adventure just prepared to get rather quite wet. A tip would be to buy some plastic covers for your As I saw fellow tourists also do that additionally bring a spare set of clothing to change into.
We were given the option to add the journey behind the falls, which was well worth the add-on getting up close to the falls from a Different angle was breathtaking. I also added the extra to visit the Skylon Tower- Although cold and windy up at the altitude, it was amazing to see the Falls from a Birds Eye view And the staff at the tower were very friendly and welcoming.
I’m so glad I chose Queen Tours For this once in a lifetime experience- The atmosphere was always social, upbeat and John always made sure that everyone was comfortable and happy Throughout the course of a long day. He was never pushy just always very respectful and went above and beyond To make this a magical day for everybody....
Read moreMy 12-year-old daughter and I recently took a day tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, it was smooth, entertaining, and truly memorable — largely thanks to our incredible tour guide, Cari, and our wonderful driver, Tiffany.
From the moment we met Cari at the pick-up point in Toronto, her energy was infectious. She welcomed everyone with such warmth and enthusiasm, and we felt instantly at ease. Throughout the day, she shared a wealth of stories, history, and fun facts about everything from Toronto landmarks to the natural wonders of Niagara Falls. She has that rare gift of being both informative and genuinely entertaining — keeping both adults and kids engaged the entire time. My daughter especially loved how animated and approachable Cari was, and I appreciated how she managed the group with such professionalism while making it all feel effortless and relaxed.
We felt very safe and well cared for on the journey, and Tiffany, our driver, did a fantastic job navigating us smoothly the entire way. The coach was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made the long day feel easy and enjoyable.
The day itself was packed with sights and activities, but never felt rushed. Cari’s thoughtful commentary and her passion for the region added so much depth to each stop. It wasn’t just a trip to the Falls — it was a truly immersive experience.
All in all, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Toronto. We both came away with big smiles, new knowledge, and some unforgettable memories. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Cari as your guide. She made the day not just enjoyable, but genuinely special. Thank you, Cari and Tiffany, for a day we’ll...
