I had made a reservation earlier this week for about 10-13 people. Some of my party had arrived earlier and I had told them to go on and pay because I will be late. I was informed by my party that I will need to be there to pay. Upon arrival I go up and ask about the payment (mind you i called to make a reservation and asked if we could do separate payments, they said it would be fine) and I’m told I will need to pay for both lanes we will be using rather than each person pay on their own so it will be “faster” although it is expensive for a minimum-wage highschool girl. I tried to explain and they said it’ll be easier to pay all together . We had brought our own food due to the reason of a dietary restriction that bourbon street does not provide for us. We had bought pizza from another place because it is suitable for our strict diets. The worker had come over to talk to us about putting the pizza in the back because we would not be allowed to eat it. We explained to them that we have restrictions to our diet that we cannot go against. He argued saying that we could order from bourbon street and that it is disrespectful to the facility. We explained that our diet requirements are due to religious reasons and that bourbon street does not meet those requirements. In the end he just took our pizzas and gave them back at the end of our visit just to make us eat outside in the cold. 0/10 experience, you should accept accommodations for someone else’s dietary restrictions instead of making them starve the entire...
Read moreCurrently writing this review while in the EXTREMELY FULL parking lot. Unfortunately my girlfriend and I will not be bowling this dreary Saturday afternoon. Upon entering the bowling alley we wiped our shoes politely noticing the sign so we didn't get the carpets wet. With a happy face. I asked the man and a red sweater at the front desk how his day was. He said good. He told us it would be $46 for a game of bowling, with confusion across my face. I pulled up the website and showed him that it says it's only $5.75 a person per game! He looked at the website and he said no. Today you will be paying for an hour. We will not be giving you the other price because it is busy. Very understandable. I've attached pictures of how packed this alley is.
Honor the website and don't lie to my face about the price...
Read moreI enjoyed coming here with my friends and paying a few games of bowling. I like that there is an option for large or smaller bowling balls as well as the different weights. There's tables for you to sit and eat or drink at behind the lanes & I like that.Whiskey Sour is my goto drink now, only 6.25 a drink.
Only thing I didn't like was there seemed to be a younger cocky skinny guy running around the place, maybe a manager because he was teaching someone how to properly sweep the lanes. Didn't appreciate how my friends and I felt like we were being watched by this guy the whole time because when ever we turned around he was staring right at us with his arms crossed. Definitely worked there as he was sitting in the counter...
