Ottawa Street Markets — Local services in Ottawa

The Ottawa Street Markets farm store in Manor Park is such a gem. They bring in produce and products from across the Ottawa Valley, with special seasonal treats from farther afield—today I picked up beautiful cherries from British Columbia and perfect peaches from Niagara.

I usually have my orders delivered (super convenient), but it’s always a treat to visit in person and see everything they have in stock. The store is full of fresh seasonal produce, plus prepared foods, spice mixes, sauces, bread, baked goods—the list goes on. There’s always something new to discover.

As a bonus, the store is right next to the RCMP horse paddocks. I love being able to say a quick hello to the horses through the fence and watch their early morning shenanigans.
