We can’t speak highly enough of Jack and our experience with him! He was absolutely wonderful to work with and so good about responding to our texts. He is so kind and very bubbly! He is a pleasure to work with!

We are not from the area and he gave us great recommendations as to which part of the lake, we wanted to go to, would be best. Jack met us at the lake and helped us with the paddle boards and kayaks and get them into the lake! When we were done using the equipment, he came back to the lake to pick it up for us! Jack was so helpful and made the experience so easy and no stress!

His prices are super reasonable as well!

Wow! Have to say, these guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I meant to leave this review about a month ago. My wife and I had arranged for them to deliver a paddle board to a specific beach, where they would call us when they arrived. When we showed up at the beach, we realized there was no cell service!!! These folks somehow found us not even knowing who they were looking for and made the delivery! Not even sure how they made it happen! Not only that, they had us simply leave the board on the beach for them to retrieve after we were finished! I’d give these guys 100 stars if I could! Great...

Their hours are long, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the equipment, which was top-notch and well-maintained.
