OMG those burgers!

Service was friendly but very slow considering there were only four other groups seated, food was amazing, restaurant was clean, not well lit but some people prefer that in a pub.

Tables were well spaced out for covid. But the table had a container of cutlery where you help yourself. The previous customers could have coughed all over the forks and knives I was supposed to use. I would have preferred if a clean set was brought out for each customer. I find that gross even if there's not a pandemic. I like fresh cutlery. Not sets that were on the table during previous customers meals. Yuck.

But aside from my germophobia the food was amazing. I ordered the nachos with brisket. The meat was fall apart tender. My boyfriend ordered a burger. I had a bite and it was by far the most delicious thing I have ever tasted in my life.

The Caesar drink was pretty cool. It came with a "snack".

After we finished eating we waited about 20 minutes for the waitress to come over with the bill. That part sucked. But she was very friendly and everything else was great.

We were staying at that campground down the street and every day when we drove by to go to town we noticed this place was packed. I...

The Platter boasted an appetizing variety of chicken wings, pickle spears, mozza sticks, jalapeño poppers, and potato wedges. The inclusion of two sauce choices, hot & teriyaki sauce and Thai sweet chili, added an extra layer of flavor to the already tantalizing spread. The Nachos, a delightful blend of tortilla chips, tomatoes, bell peppers, banana peppers, cheddar cheese, onions, cilantro, lime cream, salsa, and sour cream, were a true treat for the taste buds.

The restaurant's daily soup, mushroom and broccoli, was a comforting addition to the meal. The interior of the establishment exuded a pleasant ambiance, with a cool and inviting atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was commendable, as they were attentive and efficient.

Overall, the Big Eddy Restaurant surpassed expectations with their mouthwatering Platter, satisfying Nachos, and delicious soup. The pleasant interior and excellent service further enhanced the dining experience. I highly recommend this establishment for a delightful meal that caters to a variety of taste...

Short staffed. Understanding service being slower than normal.

Helplessly waited over 20 mins to get service for our order. Ended up having to call over someone else who was clearing a separate table. We ordered separate drinks, no food. After waiting another 17mins we received our incorrect drinks. We brought this issue up to our server and they denied the simple but obvious errors. So due to the lengthy original wait, we decided to just sit down with these random drinks. After sipping and having enough of these drinks, we decided to get our bill and leave. Once we finally got our bill our server had nicely removed one of our two drinks we ordered. Although the single drink on the check had the combined name of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, we paid as fast as possible and left. Could have, and should have gone to the store beside the pub, grab correct drinks, grab a burger in drive thru, get home, and watch the rest of the hockey game quicker than what we experienced here...

We stayed at the Lamplighter Campsite, they recommended this place and said it was "Dangerously Close" lol it is and was. Nice walk to get there, glaciers and mountains. Awesome casual pub with furnishings made to last 50 years. We really enjoyed the food, it was hot and nicely prepared, very generous portions at great prices. Beer, can't believe you can get a frosty full pint of cold beer for $3.75 !! Service was great, our first day out with no mask restrictions, nice to see the servers face and hear properly. I would go here again in a heartbeat. They had the game on too. Great food, great service, cheap drinks, great pub ! Cool horses on the way there, walk over the 1924 bridge to downtown.
