I was gonna plan our wedding here, the in-person visit went really well, had a great time meeting with Vanessa and Catherine who were very professional and friendly. However, after we confirmed for a date on both parties and while finalizing the details before signing the contract, in just 1 week, they suddenly went 180 degree and told us that the general director refused us for that date because the golf season is too busy for them apparently. They should had told us this before telling us which date is available and confirming with us for a date.
