Disappointed ! Took 10 days to travel from BC to AB using a third party mailing company Chit Chats ??? Never heard of them and the usual slow coach Canadian Post. Firstly it arrived too late for a birthday gift the presentation wooden box was broken due to company shoving in an extra piece of Jade which caused the box to crack ! And lastly I purchased the Butterfly pendant which was supposedly 'carved ' ! Disappointment all round ! Just an update I give credit where credit is due ! Just received a new box ! I didn't ask for one it's a very nice gesture on behalf of the company they also included a jade bracelet! Once again a nice thought...
