Would give zero stars if I could. Emailed student trustee for my sons school on a Monday and got ignored till 7PM on a Friday night when she called me saying “returning your call (her name and last four digits of her number) to which I emailed her back saying if your gonna ignore my emails and call me then call me during an appropriate time not at 7pm on a Friday night- to which she emailed me back the next day in the late afternoon basically brushing me off and telling me to contact the principal for the school, the superintendent and the special Ed lead- the superintendent hasn’t emailed back and it’s been a week and nothing from the lead. I need answers. I need help to find solutions. Why are these people in charge of advocating and helping children if they just don’t care? This is a nightmare- do your research before enrolling your children in this school board- the school you pick might be okay but if you try to escalate anything good luck. No supports for kids with any sort of behavioural disorders, learning disorders and disabilities. The school itself refuses to accommodate children, and hasn’t even done an assessment to see if my child has a learning disability and I gave them the paper work stating it needed to be done in September. My child is behind and there is no help. I’m so beyond frustrated. Please think twice and research before putting your child...

They are very unhelpful and unresponsive to children with special needs. They try to funnel them all to RMSS school in order to obtain more funding even if this is not right for the student.
