McIntyre Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Timmins

Decided to visit for lunch. If you have time to spare this is a nice spot. Sat down, menus brought and waited close to 30 minutes for our order to be taken (no it wasn't busy). Order placed and another nearly 30 mins for food. Watched walkins place an order and get their food before us. Food brought out, asked if we needed a refill on our drinks, we said Yes please. No silverware brought. Had to go ask for silverware and then the server had to check our table like she didn't believe we had no silverware. Food was great! Never got the drink refills

EDIT: I couldn't seem to find a way to reply your question, so I will do it here. We were there just before 2pm on Saturday. It was quite busy when we first arrived, but cleared out in about 10-15 minutes after we arrived. There was maybe 8 occupied tables including ours. Was here for breakfast with friends about a week ago now. Haven't been in here since I was a kid..aside from some paint, hasn't changed a bit. Love it.

UPDATE** I am a frequent customer. Your staff is incredible. There is one staff member I've had issues with every time we've been there. I don't recall her name, she is blonde. She didn't check our table at all one day, I actually approached someone else for coffee. Recently, I believe Monday last, she walked by my table 3 times with the coffee pot never once offering to refill. When I politely said "may I have coffee" , she said nothing, poured the coffee, I said thank you she turned and walked away, I said it again loudly, she still said nothing. Update, simply not worth it anymore. Very disappointed, always short staffed and you feel like your bothering the servers because of personal comment they make such as ("I'm busy could you hurry?" While taking our orders and "I'm very overwhelmed but I'll be back with that!" When asking for the first refill in the 40 minutes we were there.) I used to enjoy comming here with my husband and kids but it's just disappointing when we go now. The prices are on the high end for what they offer especially taking in consideration other options in town with much better service and food quality.
