THE WORST furniture store to deal with. Got a dining set from them which was on a sale price. Upon receiving it we figured that the table is not very sturdy and shakes a lot with anyone touching it. I called the store to get this fixed, the store mentioned that they will be getting a technician to get it fixed after which they did not respond to my calls for 3 full days. When a tech came by on the the fourth day, he couldn't fix it and the store then advised me that this is a final sale as it was a floor model and they cannot do an exchange or return, which was not advised by a store rep at the time of making a sale AT ALL. Upon discussing this issue with the store rep, she mentioned they cannot do anything and that I am responsible for checking the item before where as their sales rep (who sold the table) mentioned that he does not have it on display at the store and the dining set is at the warehouse. When I asked for a store Manager's contact the rep advised that their manager does not have a phone number and is not available to talk, despite numerous attempts of me trying to get his/her contact number. As a customer and a layman with no knowledge of furniture items how does the store expect me to know all the terms and conditions of their final sale/clearance items without them explaining during the sale. On top, the girl who I spoke to at the Etobicoke location regarding all the conversation was not co-operative at all and was very unprofessional to deal with. She did not provide me with her manager's contact till now. Neither does the manager care to call to discuss the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS STORE TO SHOP, THE STAFF IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN THINGS DURING YOUR VISIT AND LATER DO NOT DEAL WITH YOUR ISSUES. Re-iterating that this is THE WROST FURNITURE STORE TO GO TO for your household furniture needs!!!

I left the same reviews on their social media pages - Instagram and they have blocked me from their which proves that this store does not follow ethical practices while doing business with...

Do not shop here (even if the deals are eye-catching). I can only assume that the few good reviews here are fake.

Saw their add abt a couch on facebook marketplace so despite the bad reviews, decided to visit their Brampton location to check it out. The sales rep their really had an attitude so even though the product was okay we just decided to think over it. Later went to their Etobicoke location and paid a 25% deposit to reserve the same item. However, I changed my mind less than 24 hours later (based on incorrect product information provided by them on facebook marketplace which I found out only later) and asked for a refund the very next day. They said they have a 25% cancellation fee and they cant do refunds due to company policy etc etc but finally agreed to give us a $200 store credit which can be spent on anything else and then confirmed this over email and phone.

However a few days later when I visited the store to get their approval on the actual invoice to validate the $200 store credit, they sneakily added a condition that meant that the 200 credit can only be applied when we spend $750-$800 (which was the original product price) or more on any product in their store. This was never communicated to us when they promised a $200 store credit! Asked to speak to the manager and we were given a run around like "oh we dont know when the manager visits,  we dont have his number, we can try to get him to call you etc etc".

I wouldn't spend $600 more on these fraudsters (even if it means letting go of my $200). And based on principle I wouldnt shop at any of their locations or recommend anyone...

This is an update to my review...can't get any help from this company to resolve my complaint...store emoloyees won't give me a name of a manager or owner to contact. Just keep putting me off. They took my money but won't do anything to rectify their mistake. Wouldn't recommend this furniture store to anyone...BEWARE.. Very bad experience I got my furniture today they could not get it through the front door. They only tried less than a few minutes and they didn't even take the leg's off the couch. I went upstairs for a minute I can back the two guys left. And left the furniture outside and didn't tell me they were leaving. And the store people that I talked to didn't care. She didn't even tell the guys to come back and pick up the furniture and bring back to the store. I'm a 60 old woman and didn't have anyone to help me. Please don't shop at this furniture store 😫 terrible service awful staffing no help what so ever. I had to call movers a few hours later to bring my furniture up.....
