We ordered through a delivery service, and we received a burger with cheese, despite us asking them not to include it (they are contact allergic). We contacted the delivery service to inform them, and they removed the charge. I did not report Smash Pit also messed up my order.

We ordered from Smash Pit sometime after and we received a burger bun with a letter in it, instead of what we ordered again. They either are incompetent in handling food or teenagers running the business. If you are willing to be this petty when handling your customer's food, I can only imagine the things you do when no one is paying attention. You can see the letter in my photos. No one is costing you money but your incompetence.

(2023) I purchased the Buffalo Fried Chicken Sandwich the flavour was okay but the quality is pretty good size is very generous so you won't feel hungry afterwards

I also got the Southern Style Fried Chicken Sandwich the chicken flavour was subpar as well, with being the same quality chicken the size was also very generous

A side of fries the fries taste just like McDonald fries, just not as fried so it feels a bit healthier Size wise, again very generous

Pricing wasn't crazy, however, I would have wanted to enjoy it more for paying premium fast food prices.

All in all, I may go back to try something else on the menu and may even pick up another side...

I just came from this place and got the worst treatment because the owner didn’t like that I took long to get my order. I was coming from work and called in. Took me longer than expected, I came 20min after I called. I would have just came in but twice I came in and had to wait in my car for 15+min, despite being told it’ll be ready in 5, and told it was better to call in. When I came in he, berated me like a school teacher when I asked what are the chances to get fresh fries. McDonald’s, Wendy’s etc would be happy to give me fresh fries because the service provided is more important than the pennies lost for some fries. The owner started yelling at me asking why should he take a loss because I chose to be late. When I asked him why he is he yelling at me he just kept asking do I want the food or not. I’m very disappointed, I’ve come to this place plenty of times and never experienced such disrespect all because my timing wasn’t to their liking. Sadly this will be my last time. The food wasn’t even good this time around....
