I will start off by saying my kid had the time of his life at Petito’s for his third birthday (in the small room). The facility was very clean, well kept, and has excellent designs. A very well thought out play place with lots of creative and engaging options for a wide range of ages. We had kids from 1 to 8 years old all having a blast. Also, the train was a huge hit for my little train lover! It ran every hour which at first I thought was too infrequent, but they made sure all the kids got a ride and each ride was a sufficient amount of time. Oh and the nursing room was a huge bonus that I really appreciated. Also they unexpectedly gave us a monthly pass for my son :).
I gave five stars for all the reasons above but I do think there a few things that need improvement from our experience having a birthday party in the small room. -the place was very, very busy for the first hour (10-11) with two big parties and a ton of drop-ins. It really felt way too crowded. -it got quite warm in our room (but they did provide a large fan) the party room has a big table for the kids to sit at, but no other tables for pizza, cake, drinks, loot bags etc. (they gave us a couple small ones upon request but the party rooms should really be stocked with large tables for this) no garbage in the room (just a shared garbage between the two party room which was weird) we had no event coordinator whatsoever as the website described the party includes. No one really helped with anything unless asked. lastly, it would be great if staff asked who the birthday kids are so they can board the train first and get a special greeting. While the staff were friendly, a bit more enthusiasm and interaction—like wishing the birthday child a happy birthday—would make the experience feel more special.
Overall we had a great time at Petito’s and will definitely go back...
Read moreWent here with my almost 3 year old today. I would say it's more suitable for 2 to maybe 5/6 years old. It is more expensive then other indoor playgrounds. Weekday prices are like other one and weekend being alot more and comes with a drink. Location is very accessible right within the York Mills Station out along Yonge street side.
It has a descent space and less crowded. Clean and tidy. Workers are occasionally vacuming and tidy through out the day. It doesn't it have a trampoline like some other indoor playground has. But it doesn't have some other activities that I haven't seen at others. They have train ride on actual track that runs every hour. Probably what makes them stand out more. There's a farm play area where you're interactive to pretend to milk (water) cows in a bottle and feed cows that moos. Where there is actually toys. Ball pit that is interactive and good big decent size with slide. Next to ot is a pretend kitchen/semi groceries play area. Few mario car racing and spray water arcade like game. The back has so call decent good size sandbox play area. The so called sand actually tiny blocks.
The change room/mothers room actually had supplies for diapers changes. Wipes, disposable change pad and even diapers wipes/cream/vaseline. Comfortable cliner chair for feeding if needed.
Don't know what the bad review is about for the service. As they're very friendly and pretty interactive workers there. I had no issues at all. Maybe the bad reviews for that is the reviewer giving off thier own bad vibes to begin with.
My daughter really enjoyed and loved everything activity that was there. I would definitely come back even though it on the...
Read moreIt was our first time here, we came here for a play date. I must say I’m very impressed as it is quite unique compared to other indoor playgrounds we have been to.
First and foremost staff are super friendly and the place is very clean. There are some seatings available for parents. One thing that really stood out to me was they have a separate room for “baby care”. There’s a chair in there for nursing and change table. I think this is really nice to have especially for parents who are bringing their toddler + have a baby.
More expensive than many other indoor playgrounds I’ve been to but I thought it was worth it (we went on a weekend so it was $29.99 for kids and $8.99 for adult but you get a free drink). However, you do have to pay for parking. We stayed for 3 hours and the kids did not want to leave!
The kids favourite activity was the cow milking station. This is one of the unique aspects of this indoor playground. I have never seen it anywhere else before.
There is also an arcade aspect, 2 Mario Kart machines and a water arcade game. This is good for parents, especially dads haha
There is also a train that runs every hour, my kid really enjoyed this. She’s very into trains.
I definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for a unique indoor playground. 4 star rating but only because...
