Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

I go to this location because it is near my work. Otherwise i wont take it. They are slow and forget about being friendly, some of them are rude. They do not know about custmoer . I am there ususally around 9:15 and long line. Today i waited for 10 minutes to order. I asked the guy whether they have spinach white egg bite and he aksed and this lady replied positive. My order was talen and iwas waiting for it then someone came out telling me that we do not havevspinach egg bite and whether i woant tp change to something else. After 15 minites nothong. Please let consumers know honestly if you don't have what they ordered instead of substituting with other items.

My colleague ordered all chocolate 10 piece timbits, the person who took the order said ok, and we paid. After 2 mins, a different person packed the order and handed it to us. We went out to eat only to later find it was all mixed flavors (assorted). A little disappointed because that's not what he ordered.

Similar thing happened to another colleague who ordered tea, but ended up being served...

The staff needs to be better trained at this location. I work in one of the buildings above, so I often stop by to grab breakfast or lunch. Approximately 4 times out of 10, they would get my order wrong (wrong flavor of muffin, a white instead of whole wheat bun, wrong kind of chicken wrap, etc...).
