I had been here before pre-covid and this time again it was an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend it!! The skyline makes it perfect! Great for an outing with friends or a fun date idea. Best day that week!

Just experienced a few minor details that made this experience not quite as good as the last time, but hopefully is just a one-time thing. We arrived 15 minutes before our booking but it was super busy as we lined up to check in. By the time of our booking, we still had 1-2 people in front of us and then one of the staff came around to help check in people, except they skipped me and helped groups right behind me with a later booking and didn't even ask to see who had bookings earlier to prioritize those who had earlier bookings. Then once he had had several groups behind me, just returned to their shed. Eventually I got up to the front of the line and was checked in. When we got to our lockers though, I opened my locker and found it had other people's belongings so I went back to the staff to let them know they had given me someone else's keys and they immediately exchanged our keys.

However, it was still a great experience. The weather was beautiful that day. The staff at the sheds were helpful in getting me and my friends life-jackets, our paddles, and directing us to our boards. I would definitely come again, hopefully next time it's a 5-star experience. It's a great location too, super nice to hangout and spend the rest of the day on centre island. Especially beautiful...

Absolutely thrilled with our Stand Up Paddle Boarding experience on Toronto Islands! The location is simply breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable adventure. Our instructor was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable for our party.

Navigating the waterways was an absolute highlight - it felt like discovering hidden gems that are otherwise inaccessible. Our guide's expertise allowed us to explore parts of the islands that were truly unique and mesmerizing. An extra touch that we appreciated was our guide taking photos of us during our journey, capturing the memories forever.

One aspect we truly loved was the small group size, which ensured personalized attention and a sense of camaraderie among fellow adventurers. This made the experience feel even more special and memorable.

In all honesty, we couldn't recommend this Stand Up Paddle Boarding experience more highly. From the stunning location and knowledgeable guide to the picturesque waterways and the personalized touch, every element was exceptional. If you're looking for an incredible outdoor activity that combines adventure, exploration, and fun, this is an absolute must-try!

Our paddle boarding experience was actually ok, the boards and paddles were in good condition and the staff that assisted us getting started were friendly and quick.

However, our booking details location instructions provided directions to board the Ferry to Wards Island, and then gave no other directional info to find the hut. There are no signs when you get off the ferry, or anywhere else on the island (that we could see). We called the company multiple times, and were given incorrect (and different) directions from each individual we spoke to on the phone. (We spoke to two females and a male, who both sounded quite young, maybe high school students?). They weren't even able to tell us the name of the road the business is located on so we could use the Island maps to find the location.

Due to being given incorrect directions from the team on the phone, we wandered around the island for over an hour looking for the hut. Thankfully, we arrived to the island a couple of hours before the booking or else we would have completely missed our booking due to this.

As we called the hut multiple times, they eventually started forwarding our calls to a number who sent us to voicemail twice which I felt was unprofessional.

Would recommend adding detailed instructions in the booking confirmation to find the hut once guests arrive on the island, as not everyone is familiar...
