I am seriously disappointed in the lack of good customer service at Milnerâs. I needed to return a bag of wood pellets that I had for 4 days over their 30 day return policy & they refused. I could understand it if it was a product that might deteriorate but this was in perfect condition & no longer of use to me.
The man I spoke to also refused to give me his name & refused to give me the owners name as well. I admit, I was shocked by his attitude of not providing this information.
For $8.83 they have now lost me as a customer as I will not shop at establishments that treat their customers this way. The money itself was not an issue but the lack of goodwill was. They also seem to have forgotten that word of mouth can go a long way. Am I angry? Absolutely.

Apparently you consider asking for the name of the person I spoke to & the ownerâs name rude?? And threats? Is that how you interpret someone disagreeing with your staff? And after this disagreement, you have not even had the courtesy to ask my side of the story before posting your reply. Or are you the rude person I spoke to who posted this reply?
Furthermore, the only alternative solution presented was to donate the pellets to a rescue group. That was it. You have completely twisted the conversation to be in your favour. Itâs one thing for you to have an opinion but another to mislead & lie. ...

I find the selection far outweighs Pet Smart and you're not buying garbage for your pets. There's also a very broad price range of food so there's something for everyone with a budget in mind.
