Update, February 4th, 2018 Now lowering the review to 1 star. This place is getting pathetic !!
Today when I wanted to return a "great value" product I was told that they don't sell that exact same product and it has been replaced by a similar one. Great, I know their policy and I knew I would get an exchange with the new similar product even without a receipt. Well the employee at Customer service were trying to tell me that because my "older" product was reduced to liquidate that I would now have to pay the difference between the old price and the price of the replacement product. WRONG Walmart, first there was a price difference just because the old product was reduce to liquidate the old stock and second your own website stipulate :
Exclusive brands to Walmart (such as EQUATE, GREAT VALUE, OUR FINEST, PARENT’S CHOICE, YOUR FRESH MARKET). If you are not fully satisfied with your Walmart brand product, simply bring it back and we will gladly refund your purchase or replace your item, no receipt required. So why do you fight back to replace a "Great Value" item without a receipt of a few dollars by it's replacement ?? simple, because you don't know your own policy. Ensure your employees are trained properly !!
This Walmart is in need of a big improvement. Customer service is barely average, price inaccuracy with the cashier is too often, multi item price reduction not correctly entered in their system when the same items works fine at other places. Food selection is way less than other location around. Their Wifi is just plain ridiculous and my wife avoid the location since she does not have a cell phone she rely on Wifi and their's is just plain simple not working most of the time when other location works great all the time. I prefer to go to Meadowale than this location.
I do delivery for Walmart and their pickup staff is arrogant and no manners or no respect that how to talk with people which they need to learn first and that department managers and staff thinks they are the only big managers and owners of the Walmart. They don’t know how to pack groceries for customers and lots of time I have told to managers and staff that please don’t make bags heavy and keep Eggs separately but they don’t care and they put eggs also lots of the stuff. They don’t care for customers money and easily blames to delivery driver. Here’s I am going to attach some photos which shows their skills to pack the stuff. Lots of building has no elevator and have to take stairs and lots of elderly and handicapped people order more stuff, so they don’t have to keep ordering again and again because of no elevator, so, delivery person don’t get trouble again and again but no common sense while packing up. I have waited at this Walmart for over 30 minutes even orders were ready to pickup but they just keep me waiting because whenever I say truth, their attitude and ego hurts because they think they’re the owner of the Walmart and because of that they have banned lots of people. They behave with delivery driver like they’re paying for delivery drivers vehicle loan instalment, vehicle insurance and vehicle gas and they’re the only right people. I have spoken with store manager in the past and I am putting store managers but I had a wrong name some reason in my mind. I showed one picture to department manager today that what happen paper bags filled heavy, she has started arguing and then walked away by saying that they don’t listen and WAL-MART higher management don’t want them to use too many blue bags which I can understand but I was telling her about paper bags and she was disappeared. Their staff don’t wear name tags and they’re okay with that and looks like by ignoring store managers notes making store manager is just a simple person and they don’t care. I’m posting some pictures here today that what happened when they overfilled bag. Plus their ego hurts, so they don’t give order and just keeps you waiting even one hour also and they don’t care if order get delayed to customer also and that happened today also between 1:44pm to 3 pm and Store Manager can see camera at the spot number 15, right...
Read moreHORRIBLE Store and EVEN WORSE Assistant Manager, Amer. I had purchased an item 2 days prior that had not been working, I came back to exchange the item (due to their 90 day guarantee). Upon arrival at customer service I had given them the receipt and item in its original box, I said I was here for an exchange, she turned to me and said "No, we will not do a return". I explained how this was for an exchange and that even the sticker on the box says that 'if opened, exchange only'. She repeated "NO" and went to grab the assistant manager. The moment the Assistant came out he was completely disrespectful, I explained the situation to him and pointed out the sticker as well as their policy, he said he didnt care. I asked for his name, he started to get mad. He said "Look I was going to do you a favor (which he was not) but now you can get out. I said you are being very disrespectful, his appropriate and mature response was to continuously yell at me that if I have an issue with his disrespect that I can take a photo, as if this was some sort of solution. I responded "I do not want your picture, I want to exchange my unusable item". He responded no and for me to again take his picture if I had an issue, again being his solution. Finally, after 5 mins of being told to take a picture, I took out my phone. He immediately yelled that he was going to call the police. Luckily there were witnesses and a police officer who heard him yelling to take his photo. Soon after, he yelled at me to delete it and then threatened me with their CCTV Footage of me. I have never had such a horrible situation, the complete disrespect over a simple exchange is unbelievable. That the head of the stores solution to being disrespectful is to yell at a customer that if they have a problem with his behavior that they can take a photo of him. I had went to another location who completed the exchange with out any issue immediately after. I am completely disgusted and I urge anyone who shops at Walmart to transition to Costco, they will take anything back no questions asked and will not complete disrespect and degrade customers.
