I went to this Tim Hortons today (on river road , Welland On. ) and I am not a happy customer . First of all let’s just say I waited 23min to get my order . Yes I’m not joking . My roommate called me just as I was going to order told her to wait . So I know exactly the amount of time I was there . It’s not a guess it’s accurate time ! There was only 3 cars ahead of me . 2 cars behind me actually left after they ordered cuz the wait was ridiculous. I ordered 2 of the maple bacon farmers wrap combos , with a large tea , a large iced coffee . That’s it ! Once I finally got to the window 16 min after ordering they tell me they only had 1 hash brown left if I would accept a potatoe wedge for one of the orders . I said fine . I get my tea and was told it would be a couple more min for my wraps . I said fine but where’s my iced coffee ? He forgot so he gets me my iced coffee . I wait another 7 min get my wraps , look in The bag , no hash brown no wedges in the bag , glad I checked . I asked where are they . He said sorry I’ll grab them . Comes right back and says sorry we gave the other hasbrown away can I give you 2 wedges . FINE ! I asked the young man what the hell is going on ? This is the worst service ever . He says sorry we are extremely understaffed . I felt bad a bit because I know he will get a lot of bad comments and it’s not his fault ! However …. They should say that they are understaffed the min you go to order and wait times will be much longer ! So you have a choice to leave before ordering . Anyway I finally get the wedges 2 min later and leave very unhappy . I go to eat the wedges they are all hard as a rock . So basically not edible . My dog would not even eat them lol and I go to eat my wrap…. It’s got the same damn hard potato wedges in it NOT HASHBROWN . Like it’s supposed to ! I get your understaffed , but if you over cook something and it’s not edible don’t freaking serve it ! This is not acceptable at all ! I’m so unempressed . Do better Tim Hortons ! This is ridiculous . I just spent my hard earned money on food that was not even edible ! And if that wasn’t bad enough …. They even forgot to put sugar In The damn tea !!!!! So my iced coffee was good they didn’t botch that...

No mention of which form but see one survey form which asks for a code at the bottom on receipt.fortunately I do have receipt but no code on the receipt!!!! But regardless why reply w such an ambiguous message asking to fill form on the website???? And then no option to reply to that message either hence posting by editing my original review!! Pl be specific if u reply to this and I'd rather have a pt of contact to call then waste any more time filling out any form.if you are concerned be genuine about it and try to fix your problem rather than put the customer thru more grief
Very discriminatory and rude staff!! Just went drive thru for bagels...asked for napkins . Staff says 2 napkins w 2 bagels in bag. Firstly there were no napkins in the bag.she was hesitant so had to pull out the bagels and show there were no napkins in the bag. So my husband emptied the bag and handed her the empty bag saying look you can kep the bag too as still she was not willing to believe us. Then suddenly one Caucasian lady comes to the window telling get out of my driveway ,I have the right to refuse you service.At that my husband got obviously annoyed and said what's the big deal in giving extra napkins!!! At which another white make shows up.yo the window telling and screaming at us to get out !!! Where is customer us right attitude Leave alone that what's the big deal in giving a few extra napkins!!!!! Horrible attitude Even if I have to drive further will not ever visit this location though it is the nearest!!!!!!!!!

We had a rough experience today, the lady taking our order repeated herself probably 5 times while I was trying to talk, and anytime she asked a question she would immediately ask me if I heard her or what was going on, when I took 2 seconds to ask my friend for her order. We specifically asked for a bacon sandwich with no cheese, which she repeated 3/4 times, and we got the sandwich with cheese. I asked them if we could get it with no cheese, and they didn’t seem willing to correct it. They asked for the sandwich back, so we just left. Will likely not be coming back.
