Lovely little town on the coast with a cute little port and nice cafés to enjoy. The Municipal Market has various little stands inside with plenty of arts and crafts for sale and even some food, there was a corner store selling cerviche as well that I wanted to try but didn't get a chance. Definitely worth a little stroll in this little part of town.

Por fin una feria artesanal con cosas hechas en la zona... Me llevo algunos licores y bastantes tejidos, mi gorrito de Chonchi... En casi todos los otros mercados hay solo tejidos ecuatorianos y cosas traidas del barrio Meiggs... Excelente lugar con precios razonables.

Pintoresco y tradicional. En el segundo piso atiende la señora Flor (su amabilidad y calidez son lo mejor) ella tiene los ajos más grandes que he visto en mi vida ($3.000) Cada uno es del porte de una mano. Quedé impresionada y volvería a ir solo para conseguir más!

Mercado con diversas artesanías y productos típicos de la zona, mantas, chalecos, gorros, calcetines etc de lana tejidos a mano, diversos objetos en madera como reproducciones de palafitos, etc, cestería, gastronomía típica, como ají merkén con avellanas y orégano, roscas, productos del mar, licores típicos como licor de oro. Se puede pasear por la Costanera, donde a una cuadra se encuentran ricas tortas en café la ventana de Elisa, imperdible probar la torta de papas, y la de cerveza negra, Kuchen de arándanos, leche con arándanos o...
