Dhgate China Purchase Center — Local services in Beijing

I bought the magic mirror skin analysis 8 months ago from this website and now it doesn't work anymore. I contacted the seller for over 2 months now. She keeps asking me to fix it myself. I told her I am not a computer tech, I don't know how doing it. Because I just wanted my machine to be fixed, I told her I will pay for it to be shipped both ways, pay for her tech to fix it. Email her 100 times with nothing to be done on her part. So, I contacted the DHGATE company,they keeps promising to take care the problem. Now, its 2 months still nothing has been done. The machine still broke. I am so, so ANGRY and felt STUPID. Because I wanted to SAVE couple hundred bucks . Looks at what happened to me now. Out $2000 dollars , no equipment to work for my clients. PLEASE, PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER. YES, YOU SAVE COUPLE HUNDRED BUCKS, BUT WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM NO ONE CARE OR TAKE CARE FOR YOU. IT NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. I tried to order something from this company online. In two weeks time I have not received the item. I did not receive notice there was any trouble with my order. They force you to upgrade and install their app after a couple minutes on their site if you want customer service. I do NOT want their app on my computer. They force you to put in your email address and now they are filling my email with advertisements I am NOT interested in.They have no contact us information. You apparently have to contact the seller directly. The process for a refund I understand from online videos is difficult and time consuming. You have to file disputes against the seller and even then they are not guaranteed to rule in your favor. Unless you are a serious buyer from Dhgate I don't suggest you bother to waste your time or money with this company. They supposedly are a reputable company however they host some unreputable sellers on their site. So unless you want to gamble with your money and maybe never receive your purchase I don't...

Very bad, seller is providing refurbished material as new. I reached agreement with DHgate for return and refund.
