Haidilao Hot Pot — Restaurant in Beijing

I used to live in Beijing and Haidilao was a family favourite so when back in town on business couldn't miss the chance to go back.

Things have definitely got easier with an iPad based menu (English option available) and all the great food I remembered.

We ordered 2 different broths - a spicy and a mushroom - then kept a steady flow of meat, veg and stuff to dunk and cook. Really fantastic. We ordered noodles with the amazing dancing noodle puller doing his thing at the table - has to be seen to be believed.

The service was excellent, clearly the staff are very well trained and work very hard to make sure you have a great experience.
