Heng Fa Chuen Along the HFC Promenade, 20th June,2020. This is a large and well maintained Estate which suffered many typhoon attacks and flooding in recent years because of it’s almost “0” sea level directly facing the South China Sea. The estate was visited on 20th June at an early morning for picture-taking of the rising Sun. The vast horizon and wide stretch of waters of the Joss House Bay , part of the S.China Sea, gave a very open view. It would be great for rising sun if not because of it’s low level position and the about 200 Meter high Hills of Tei Tong Teng and Tung Lung Chau . It’s wide angle view did give a good view of dawning. Some pictures were taken at 0630-0730 hours whilst the Sunrise time was at 0540 hours. It was a worthwhile attempt even if it dictated taking a N8 NWBus at Victoria Park at 0455 hours to the Heng Fa Chuen Playground. The bus runs from Wanchai North at every half hour from 0100 hours. some photos and a video are attached. Written on...
