Ma On Shan Country Park BBQ site — Local services in Hong Kong

Went on December 27th night. There were only 3 groups of people so lots of empty bbq space to choose from. I chose one near the toilet because that was the only place that has light at night. And washing utensils made easy. The seats ergonomic can be improved by reducing the space between the fireplace and seats. Free car park was available. No supplies were available for purchase so bring all the stuff you need such as flashlight and utensils. I saw around three taxis during the 2.5 hours of staying. Large BBQ area within the Ma On Shan Country Park just alongside the Ma On Shan Country Park Trail road. Plenty of spaces to sit and rest if you are finishing your hike here. Plenty of BBQ spots as well. However, the grounds are officially closed presently due to the pandemic. Not easy to go to the BBQ site with car due to the lack of roadside parking.
